Please read the instructions below carefully before processing your registration for IECON 2024 and ICELIE 2024.

Registration Fees:

Full registration includes access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation, proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner, and the inclusion of presented papers in the conference proceedings.

Student registration includes:

Access to all the conference sessions, conference documentation and proceedings, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and gala dinner.

Note:

A full registration is needed for an accepted paper to be presented and included in the proceedings (student registration doesn’t count as full registration). Every full registration can accompany a maximum of one paper. Each additional paper requires a fee of $ 300 per paper, limited to a maximum of one additional paper. The page limit of the accepted paper is 6 pages. Up to 2 additional pages are allowed, each additional page incurs a fee of $ 150 per page and a full paper can have a maximum of 8 pages including the additional pages. At the moment of registration, we will request your paper or paper ID.

Author registration payment must be made and the final PDF and eCopyright form must be uploaded by July 01, 2024; otherwise, your paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Visa Letter:

Electronic visa letters will be issued upon completion of registration for the conference. If you do not receive the electronic visa letter by email upon completing your registration, please contact info@iecon-2024.org

Early Bird Registration, IEEE IES, and IEEE Member:

Authors who make their payment by July 01, 2024, will benefit from the Early Bird Registration rate. Please see the details in the below table for registration fees.
