We are currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to serve as Assistants for IECON 2024. It's important to note that this volunteer opportunity is exclusively available for students. • Free admission to all conference sessions including technical sessions, plenary sessions, tutorials, exhibition, and career fair.

• Attending conference sessions and workshops as a perk for volunteering.

Responsibilities:

​

Below is a list of some possible responsibilities that you will expect if you work as a volunteer for IECON 2024:

• Welcome and guide conference participants, speakers, and guests.

• Provide on-site support for registration, exhibition, and other sessions.

• Provide information about the conference schedule, venues, and special events to attendees.

• Monitor session rooms and assist speakers with presentation setup.

• Be adaptable to changing situations and willing to take on additional tasks.

Other than these, you may need to help conference organizers with tasks like traffic control, badge check, room counts, etc. These duties could be modified in accordance with the requirements of the conference. Please plan to arrive at the session at least 30 minutes ahead of the session time.

Guidelines:

To be eligible to work as a volunteer at IECON 2024, you should be an IEEE member. Please note that we may have limited seats for the volunteers so the final decision will be made by the IECON organizing committee.
